The most common questions when applying to become a DwellWell agent

When we have a buyer in one of the cities you have chosen, we will automatically send you a text message with the buyer’s most important information, so be on the lookout! You will see their pre-approval amount, expected buying timeline, and home preferences. If you want to meet with the buyer, you can schedule the meeting directly from the text message.

DwellWell charges agents 30% of their commission at close but only keeps a portion of it. 

DwellWell buyers go through extensive education before they request to meet with agents. They get pre-approved, determine budget, and note their home and neighborhood needs. We also know how soon they are looking to buy. When you meet a DwellWell buyer, you are meeting someone prepared and ready to move.

Dwellwell has partnered with Lower.com to allow our homebuyers to get pre-approved and receive a pre-approval letter before meeting with agents. Buyers may also be pre-approved by a lender of their choosing. 

We have people signing up to our platform every day but we make sure they’re ready to start their home search before making the introduction. Depending on your area and the volume of homebuyers searching for a home in that area, it may take a few weeks before you see your first meeting opportunity.
